Before you start

Have your gotra and the yajamana's nakshatra to hand — the person the seva is being performed for. If you are not sure of either, book anyway and tell your purohit; they will ask what they need. It is not a form that fails you.

Why the times look early

Your purohit is in India. A seva at 5:15 in the morning where you are is 2:45 in the afternoon in Vijayawada — madhyahna, which is when Vinayaka Chavithi is performed. Every slot shows both, so nobody is converting timezones in their head at midnight.

If you need to change or cancel

Full refund until 48 hours before your slot — measured from the slot, not from when you paid. Inside that window you choose between rescheduling and a gift card for the full amount. See refunds for the detail.

What it costs

Vinayaka Chavithi is the listed price for a 60-minute seva, one to one, and the recording is yours to keep. Dakshina afterwards is offered to your satisfaction and is entirely optional — it goes to your purohit in full, and it is separate from what you pay here.
