Serve families as a Shriyam purohit

Families across the United States are looking for a purohit who shares their tradition and their language. If that is your practice, we would like to hear you.

What to send

One video, up to two minutes. Record it on your phone, just as you are. There is nothing to prepare and nothing to edit — we would rather hear you plainly. In it, please:

• Say your full name
• Tell us where you studied Vedam — your paatashaala or guru, and for how long
• Describe your experience: how long you have been performing, and which poojas you perform most often
• Then chant for at least thirty seconds — anything you would ordinarily recite

Alongside the video we ask for your sampradaya, gotra and the languages you can chant and explain in — that is what lets us match you to families who share your tradition. If someone suggested you get in touch, please tell us who.

We do not ask for documents, bank details or any agreement at this stage. If we would like to go further, those come next, once you have heard from us.
